Terms & Conditions

1. Trip Planning & Schedule

• The trip plan and schedule must be finalized before the trip commences.
• No changes to the itinerary will be accepted once the trip has been confirmed.
• Any modifications requested before confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

2. Participant Responsibilities

• All participants must strictly follow instructions and guidelines provided by the tour coordinator.
• Participants must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Student ID, etc.).
• Any health conditions, allergies, or medical treatments must be disclosed prior to booking.
• Participants under medical treatment should travel only after consulting with their physician.
• Participants must bring their own prescribed medications.

3. Liability & Responsibility

• Boundless Travelogues is not responsible for issues arising from participant negligence or violation of guidelines.
• The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all safety instructions.
• Any damage to hotel property, vehicles, or other facilities will be charged to the participant.

4. Force Majeure

• Due to unpredictable circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, etc.), trip schedules may be modified.
• Participants will be notified immediately of any such changes.
• The company will make best efforts to provide alternative arrangements but is not liable for refunds in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

• An agreement must be signed before trip confirmation.
• A pre-fixed advance amount must be paid on the date of agreement.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or during the trip as per agreed terms.
• The total trip cost is calculated based on the number of participants.
• Changes in participant numbers may affect the total cost.
• Bus booking will be done only after the agreement is signed and advance is paid.

6. Pricing & Rate Changes

• All prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in ticket rates, taxes, or hotel charges.
• Any such changes will be communicated with genuine proof and documentation.
• After the agreement is signed, no changes in rates or schedules will be entertained unless mutually agreed.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 80% refund (20% processing fee)
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.

8. Accommodation & Meals

• Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected.
• Room allocation is subject to availability and hotel policies.
• Meals will be provided as specified in the itinerary.
• Special dietary requirements must be informed at the time of booking.

9. Transportation

• Transportation will be provided as per the package (bus, train, or flight).
• Seat allocation in buses is on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified.
• Participants must adhere to departure timings; the company is not responsible for missed departures.

10. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain decorum and respect local customs and traditions.
• Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden during educational tours.
• Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination from the tour without refund.
• Participants must respect fellow travelers and tour staff.

11. Support & Assistance

• Tour coordinators are available throughout the trip for assistance.
• Participants should feel free to express any discomfort or issues to the coordinator.
• 24/7 emergency support is available during active tours.

12. Agreement Verification

• All trip details and itinerary must be verified before signing the agreement.
• The agreement should be signed in the presence of authorized representatives.
• Both parties must retain a copy of the signed agreement.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.
